Before founding North Star Cabin Watch, Steve served in a leadership position with Minnesota’s largest sheriff’s office, where he specialized in public safety, crisis response, and threat assessment. After retiring in 2018, Steve and his wife, Rachelle, relocated to the Brainerd Lakes area.
